    2005
    Taman Seputeh, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

A mid-terrace link house with 70s design elements was combined with the new seamlessly to create a harmonious continuity. After covering the internal central courtyard so that the family would have more habitable area, incision openings on the walls were made for light and ventilation.

The demarcation between the original wet and dry kitchen was replaced with one large open kitchen so that the family could interact with ease. Privacy and noise from the neighborhood was a concern so lush green screens were erected in the front portion of the house which also provide shade and air filter. This green agenda is repeated in the rear mini garden which is enjoyed from the dining room to create a relaxed environment.
